Shropshire Council will use the information you provide for the purpose of processing your child's transport entitlement request. It will be retained for a maximum of 6 years, from the receipt of this application.

You will receive written notification from the School Transport Team regarding the outcome of this application. You must contact us immediately if any of your details provided on this application change. Here you can find the full Free School Transport guidance notes.

Eligibility

This application is for Post 16 Transport Assistance to a college/school sixth form, for students aged 16-19.

Students that are over 19 on 1st September will not normally qualify.

If you do not pay your Council Tax to Shropshire Council, you will need to apply to your home Authority, to whom you pay your council tax to.
